Each WCU Phone Coaching session includes one hour of personalized phone coaching. And each phone coaching session is based on call information from the benchmarking reports to target specific areas for improvement.
Coaching sessions may be conducted one-on-one with individuals on your staff, or with the entire team to look at overall performance. In addition, each WCU Phone Coaching session is recorded so that you can review it to ensure that key objectives are met.
