Part-time Who's Calling Marketing Support College Station, TX
As a Marketing Assistant, you will research and report on market segments and industries, evaluate and present new market ideas and products, and provide new product development and market data. You will process sales leads from a variety of sources and assemble literature requests.
You will work with graphic design programs to develop direct mail, posters, banners, and web site content. You should be able to work well in a team, be dedicated to the product and market segment, and interested in helping to design marketing campaigns.
Experience in marketing, graphic arts, communication, journalism, or tradeshows is preferred, but not required. This position will have administrative work including data-entry, and Internet research. This requires high degree of time management and organizational skills.
The ability to work well with a team, and also individually, is a must.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Good time-management, organization, administration and creativity skills
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Graphics knowledge/exposure is a plus
- Minimum of 25 hours per week for current opening
- Technical Writing Experience is a plus
On-the-job training is provided.
