Support
Support Consultant - College Station, TX
Who's Calling Support Consultants work with customers over the phone to troubleshoot customer issues and assist with increasing the utilization of their account. After training, this position becomes responsible for supporting the Who's Calling and Standard Call products. This includes resolving technical problems, answering product questions, training customers on products, and providing solutions to improve their business. Other duties include researching and documenting customer issues, working in partnership with the sales organization, and working on special projects as available. Analysts spend most of the day on the phone assisting customers and sales personnel.
Job duties would also include the ability to answer questions regarding Federal Compliance Laws as they pertain to our products, as well as communicating and enforcing all sales policies and procedures, in regards to contract submission, as an integral part of both the pre-sale and post-sale processes, as well as to provide first tier support to the sales staff in the use of CSS, SMT and Who's Calling issues/questions/projects.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree preferred, but not required
- Basic PC skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Desire to work with customers over the phone
- Ability to learn quickly
- Work well under pressure
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Training:
Initial training lasts about two months, including formal instruction and hands-on experience. The training schedule is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
