ClickPath Updates Make It Easier for Marketers to Link Specific Callers to Search Terms



College Station, TX — April 01, 2014 — Web analytics provider ClickPath has added a raw query data field to its Call Detail report, which includes each caller’s name, address and phone number along with a call recording.

"Having this additional field on the Call Detail report will make it easier for marketers to determine what search term a caller originally entered,” said Managing Director Jody Huff. “Marketers can then take this insight and increase their budget for keywords that generate the highest quality leads.”

Raw query-level tracking has been useful to customers in other ClickPath reports, such as the Account Drilldown report and Conversions by Referring Domain/Raw Query report, which each tally click-throughs and conversions for each raw query. However, though users could use these reports to determine how many calls resulted from a particular raw query, they could not distinguish who the callers were or listen to call recordings.
