Now, clients may choose to contact the Who's Calling Client Satisfaction Team by chat, email or phone, according to their preferred method of communication.

Click-To-Chat is an easy-to-use, time-saving feature that allows customers to communicate in whatever way they choose," said Tammy Costa, Who's Calling's director of sales for the automotive industry.
To take advantage of the Click-To-Chat feature, clients can simply log into their Who's Calling account and click the Chat button at the top of the screen. A dialog box opens, and the client is able to chat with an available member of Client Support.
"The Click-To-Chat feature is quite convenient for quick questions," said Client Support Manager Craig Watts. "Customers can now get timely answers while still being able to make phone calls, navigate Who's Calling or continue other PC-based work."
Clients who prefer to speak with a support representative over the phone may place a call to Client Satisfaction from the Who's Calling user interface by clicking the Call button to the right of the Chat button. In addition, automotive clients can reach Client Support at 866.360.6667 or email@example.com, and non-automotive clients can reach Client Support at 866.360.6668 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Support representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST.
